My name is Lauren and I’m on mission to demystify the ancient modality of sound healing, making it a mainstream tool for modern wellness.

I am a former management consultant and technology executive who spent 20 years scaling global businesses.

Then, I went to a sound bath and resigned from my job the next day.

That first sound bath was transformative for me, and opened my eyes to the fact that I wasn’t living in alignment with my soul purpose.

I’m now a Certified Sound Practitioner by the Complementary Medical Association and a Certified Usui Reiki II Practitioner.

I travel around the world for sound baths to experience the modality in different locations and cultures. I also host my own sound baths in a variety of unique spaces including salt caves, florist shops, Energy Enhancement Systems (EESystems) and corporate boardrooms.

This site is still a work in progress because I’m probably at a sound bath right now… but check back again soon!
